18A:28-7 - Certain tenure of service and tenure of service rights saved

4.Ā Section 18:14-64.1 of the Revised Statutes is repealed, provided that the repeal of the said act shall not in any manner affect any tenure of serviceĀ or tenure of service rights to which any person was entitled thereunder on theĀ effective date of this act but said tenure of service and tenure of serviceĀ rights shall continue with the same force and effect as though said act had notĀ been repealed.
4.Ā Section 18:14-64.1 of the Revised Statutes is repealed, provided that the repeal of the said act shall not in any manner affect any tenure of serviceĀ or tenure of service rights to which any person was entitled thereunder on theĀ effective date of this act but said tenure of service and tenure of serviceĀ rights shall continue with the same force and effect as though said act had notĀ been repealed.
