18A:30-3.3.Ā Certificate issued showing unused sick leave
Upon termination of employment of any employee from any school district, theĀ board shall issue, at the request of the employee, a certificate stating suchĀ employee's unused accumulation of sick leave days as of the date of such termination.Ā Such certificate shall be filed with the new employer within one year of the date of such new employment.
