18A:38-22.Ā Hearing on application for termination of agreement
Upon the making of any such application, an opportunity to be heard before the commissioner shall be given to the board of education of the other districtĀ before any determination is made by the commissioner, and if the commissionerĀ finds that there are good grounds for the application, as provided in thisĀ article, he shall give his consent, and the applying board of education shallĀ thereupon be entitled to terminate the agreement in accordance therewith butĀ the commissioner's determination shall be subject to appeal to the stateĀ board.
