18A:38-35.Ā Salaries and expenses of county attendance officers
The salary of each county attendance officer shall be paid as other state salaries are paid.Ā The director of the division of budget and accounting shallĀ on order of the commissioner draw his warrant for such salary on the stateĀ treasurer.Ā All claims for the expenses of a county attendance officer shall beĀ paid after being audited by the county superintendent on orders issued by theĀ county superintendent and drawn on the county treasurer.Ā The expenses for eachĀ such officer shall not exceed in any one year the sum of $700.00.
