18A:4-5.Ā Continuation of present state board;Ā appointment of successors
The members of the state board in office on the effective date of this titleĀ shall continue in office until the expiration of the respective terms for whichĀ they were appointed and all future appointments, except to fill vacanciesĀ occurring otherwise than by expiration of terms, shall be made for fullĀ six-year terms, to expire on June 30 of the sixth year, in such manner as toĀ continue the present rotation of terms.
