18A:40-17.Ā  Equipment, materials and services for tuberculosis test The board may provide at its expense the equipment, materials, and servicesĀ  necessary to make such determination, or it may contract to use for thatĀ  purpose, with or without financial reimbursement, the equipment, materials, andĀ  services available through a hospital or public health agency approved by theĀ  State Department of Health.
