18A:43-2.Ā Payment by pupils of proportionate share of premiums
A board of education maintaining such accident insurance for the benefit ofĀ its pupils may require the payment to the board of education by pupils, to whomĀ the benefit of such insurance is extended, of a proportionate share of theĀ premiums or any part thereof.Ā The sums to be paid by the pupils shall be established by a schedule determined by the board of education, but no pupil electing not to participate in the accident insurance coverage, shall be required to make any payment toward the cost of the premiums therefor.
