18A:46-19.2.Ā Definitions
As used in this act:
a. "Commissioner"Ā means the State Commissioner of Education.
b. "Nonpublic school"Ā means an elementary or secondary school within theĀ State, other than a public school, offering education for grades kindergartenĀ through 12, or any combination of them, wherein any child may legally fulfillĀ compulsory school attendance requirements and which complies with theĀ requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (P.L. 88-352).
