18A:46-3.1.Ā Regional consultants for hearing impaired;Ā appointment; duties
The Commissioner of the Department of Education shall appoint four regionalĀ consultants for the hearing impaired.Ā The duties of these consultants shallĀ include assisting the child study teams in the educational evaluation andĀ placement of hearing handicapped children and the development of appropriateĀ individual educational programs, for each handicapped child with significantĀ hearing loss.
