18A:46-33.Ā Priority of types of courses of study
Courses of study should be pursued to provide as a first priority, programsĀ or courses of study not at that time available in any other school within theĀ county especially for those with unusually severe disability or those withĀ unusual multi-disability.Ā Then courses of study should be pursued, as deemedĀ necessary by the Commissioner of Education which may be available at that timeĀ but where there is not sufficient capacity available at that time toĀ accommodate all the students identified and classified as requiring theseĀ courses of study.
