18A:49-2.Ā Rules;Ā teachers
The state board shall prescribe rules for the proper control and managementĀ of such schools, for the inspection thereof, for the issuance of certificatesĀ to teach therein, and for carrying into effect the purposes of this chapter. Every teacher employed in such a school shall hold a special teacher'sĀ certificate.
