18A:50-9.Ā Supervisors of adult education;Ā designation of employer
Where two or more boards of education have provided jointly by agreement forĀ the employment of a supervisor of adult education to serve the participatingĀ districts, the agreement shall designate the board of education of one of suchĀ districts as the employer and the one to receive the state aid herein provided. Such aid shall be calculated and paid in the manner provided in sectionĀ 18A:50-7.
