18A:51-10.Ā Unexpended funds;Ā disposition
Any unexpended balance of the moneys or funds in the hands of the custodianĀ of moneys of any such commission at the end of any school year shall beĀ available for expenditure by the commission in the succeeding year or years butĀ it shall not be included in any report of the amount raised as the basis forĀ the calculation of state aid for any succeeding year.
