18A:51-13.Ā Contracting for television educational services
Every board is hereby authorized to make use of television as an educationalĀ aid by contracting for the services of any noncommercial, nonprofit educationalĀ television station located within or without the state but such contract shallĀ not require the board to incur expenses in any one year period in excess of anĀ amount equal to $2.00 per pupil in resident enrollment in the district.
