18A:54C-2.Ā Powers of board of education of school district
The board of education of a school district that has been given the approvalĀ to establish a Marine Academy of Science and Technology shall be permitted to:
a.Ā Acquire, obtain and provide physical facilities, equipment, and all other resources necessary to accommodate the needs of the institution;
b.Ā Enter into contracts and agreements with accredited institutions, governmental bodies, authorities and agencies at the local, county, State, and federal levels to carry out the purposes of this act;Ā and
c.Ā Discharge such financial transactions as are necessary to carry out theĀ purposes of this act.
