18A:57-1.Ā Payment of income for support of schools
Every county shall pay into the state treasury the interest on the principalĀ of the surplus revenue which shall not have been repaid or redeposited in theĀ state treasury, and the same, and the income on the surplus revenue repaid orĀ redeposited by the county in the state treasury, shall be used for the supportĀ of the public schools.
