18A:59-5.Ā State board empowered to act
The state board is hereby designated as the state board for the purposes ofĀ said act of congress, and shall cooperate, as in the act provided, with theĀ federal board for vocational education in the administration of the provisionsĀ thereof.Ā The state board shall do all that is or may be required to secure forĀ the state of New Jersey the benefits of appropriations under the act ofĀ congress for all purposes specified therein.
