18A:6-13.Ā Dismissal of charge for failure of determination by board
If the board does not make such a determination within 45 days after receiptĀ of the written charge, or within 45 days after the expiration of the time forĀ correction of the inefficiency, if the charge is of inefficiency, the chargeĀ shall be deemed to be dismissed and no further proceeding or action shall beĀ taken thereon.
