18A:6-24.Ā Hearings before commissioner;Ā presentation of facts
Testimony as to the facts involved in any controversy or dispute in which the commissioner has jurisdiction shall, if so required by the commissioner, beĀ presented by the parties in the form of written statements verified by oath andĀ accompanied by certified copies of all official documents, and the original orĀ verified copies of all other documents, necessary to a full understanding ofĀ the questions involved.
