18A:6-25.Ā Decisions in controversies and disputes
The determination of any controversy or dispute shall be made within 60 daysĀ after the close of the hearing and shall be in the form of a written decisionĀ which shall contain findings of facts upon which the determination is based,Ā which shall be filed in the office of the commissioner and a copy of theĀ decision shall be served upon the parties to the dispute, pursuant to rulesĀ made by the state board, and any such decision shall be binding unless andĀ until reversed upon appeal.
