18A:6-33.5.Ā Rules and regulations
The Commissioner of Education shall, with the approval of the State Board ofĀ Education, promulgate rules and regulations, establish procedures, and take allĀ other steps necessary to insure the effective implementation of the provisionsĀ of this act.
