18A:6-95.2.Ā Coordination with programs and services provided by departmentĀ of education
The Commissioner of Education or his designee shall meet prior to January 10Ā of each year with the executive director of the educational information andĀ resource center to mutually communicate those programs and services which theĀ department provides and which the educational information and resource centerĀ will provide during the calendar year.Ā The educational information andĀ resource center shall cease to provide any programs and services at the timeĀ that these programs and services are provided by the Department of Education,Ā so that there is no interruption in, or loss of services to, the populationĀ served.
