18A:6-99.Ā Organization;Ā meetings
The board of directors shall meet and organize annually, at a regular meeting held during the second week of September, by the election of a chairman, vice chairman, and such other officers as the board shall determine. Such officers shall serve until the following September meeting and until their successors are elected.Ā Vacancies in such offices shall be filled in theĀ same manner for the unexpired terms only.Ā The board of directors shall holdĀ public meetings at least once in each month at such times and places as itsĀ rules may prescribe, at least half of which shall be scheduled during eveningĀ hours.
