18A:62-7.Ā Annual report The Chancellor of Higher Education shall include in his annual report to theĀ Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:3-21, a section detailingĀ the extent of violence and hazing in the institutions of higher education,Ā explaining the measures being taken to counter the problem, and makingĀ recommendations to alleviate the problem.
