18A:64A-52.Ā Board of governors;Ā powers and duties
The board of trustees of any private institution of higher education, whichĀ combined with any post-secondary institute of a county board of vocationalĀ education to form a county college, is continued and shall be known as theĀ board of governors and it shall have the powers, authority, rights andĀ privileges, and be subject to the fiduciary and other duties, obligations andĀ responsibilities set forth and expressed in this act.
