18A:64A-67.Ā Transfers;Ā compliance with laws
Any transfer of real or personal property from the institute, the county andĀ its municipalities, the board of education of the vocational schools of theĀ county, or any other public body to the county college shall be accomplishedĀ without the necessity of complying with laws relating to the sale of publicĀ property.
