22.Ā The general powers of supervision and control of the Chairman of the Commission on Higher Education at the request of the Governor over the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey include the power to visit the university to examine into its manner of conducting its affairs and to enforce an observance of its laws and regulations and the laws of the State.Ā
