18A:66-126.8.Ā Director of division of pensions;Ā rules and regulations; reports
The Director of the Division of Pensions of the State Department of the Treasury shall promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with theĀ provisions of the Pension Increase Act (P.L.1969, c. 169) and this act, as heĀ shall deem necessary for the effective operation of the program.Ā He shallĀ include a report of the operation of the Pension Increase Act (P.L.1969, c.Ā 169) and this act in his annual report submitted to the Governor and theĀ Legislature regarding all of the operations of the Division of Pensions.Ā TheĀ secretary of the retirement system shall furnish such information as theĀ director may request for this purpose.
