18A:68-16.Ā Term and revocation of license
The license shall remain in force and effect until revoked.Ā The state boardĀ of medical examiners may, after notice and hearing, revoke the license of anyĀ school or college which is so conducted and equipped as not to comply with theĀ requirements adopted by the board for class A medical colleges in force at theĀ time such revocation shall be under consideration.

18A:68-17.Ā This article shall not apply to a school conducted for the sole purpose of training persons to practice midwifery or podiatric medicine.
