18A:68-8.Ā Conferring degree during revocation
The admitting of any person to any such grade of a degree by conferring theĀ same upon him during the continuation of the revocation of such approval shallĀ render any such school, corporation, association or institution of learning, orĀ any officer or member thereof, participating therein, liable to the penaltyĀ prescribed by this chapter as though no approval had been granted in the firstĀ instance.
