18A:7A-30.Ā State board of education;Ā powers and duties
The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules and adopt policies, subject to theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act." P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1Ā et seq.), make all determinations and exercise such powers of visitation as areĀ necessary for the proper administration of this act.
