18A:7C-5.Ā  Board of education to provide policy on graduation to students and parents Upon adoption by the local board of education, each board of education shallĀ  provide each high school pupil and the parents or legal guardians of such pupilĀ  with a copy of said board's policy on graduation, including a clear statementĀ  of the proficiencies required for graduation and those programs available toĀ  assist in attaining those levels of proficiency.
