18A:72A-12.1.Ā Investment or reinvestment of funds
All functions, powers and duties relating to the investment or reinvestmentĀ of funds within the jurisdiction of the authority including the purchase, saleĀ or exchange of any investments or securities may, at the request of theĀ authority, be exercised and performed by the director of the Division ofĀ Investment, in accordance with written directions of the authority signed by anĀ authorized officer.
