18A:72A-15.Ā Bonds as legal investments Bonds and notes issued by the authority under the provisions of this chapterĀ are hereby made securities in which the state and all political subdivisions ofĀ the state, their officers, boards, commissions, departments or other agencies,Ā all banks, bankers, savings banks, trust companies, savings and loanĀ associations, investment companies and other persons carrying on a bankingĀ business, all insurance companies, insurance associations, and other personsĀ carrying on an insurance business, and all administrators, executors,Ā guardians, trustees and other fiduciaries, and all other persons whatsoever whoĀ now are or may hereafter be authorized to invest in bonds or other obligationsĀ of the state, may properly and legally invest any funds, including capitalĀ belonging to them or within their control;Ā and said bonds, notes or otherĀ securities or obligations are hereby made securities which may properly andĀ legally be deposited with and received by any state or municipal officers orĀ agency of the state for any purpose for which the deposit of bonds or otherĀ obligations of the state is now or may hereafter be authorized by law.
