18A:72A-39.Ā  Inconsistent laws inapplicable The powers granted to the authority by this chapter may be exercised withoutĀ  regard or reference to any department or agency of the state.Ā  All otherĀ  general or special laws, or parts thereof, inconsistent with this chapter areĀ  hereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this chapter.
