18A:8-27.Ā Adoption of different name for board
If a shorter or different name for the board of education of a consolidatedĀ district, heretofore created, appears to be desirable to the board, anotherĀ title may be adopted by it with the approval of the state board, which approvedĀ title shall be certified by the state board under the hand of its secretary toĀ the secretary of state, and the new title so approved and certified shallĀ become the corporate title of the district.
