18A:9-3.Ā Districts included in type II districts
Type II school districts shall include--
a.Ā Local school districts as follows:
1.Ā Every local school district hereafter established in a municipality other than a city, or in a city which shall become a municipality other than a city, except a municipality in which the provisions of section 18A:9-2 shall beĀ accepted;
2.Ā Every local school district which was governed, immediately preceding the effective date of this title, by chapter 7 of Title 18 of the Revised Statutes;
3.Ā Every local school district in which the provisions of this section shall be accepted;Ā and
4.Ā Every consolidated local school district.
b.Ā Every regional school district;
and such district shall be subject to the provisions of this title relatingĀ to type II districts except as otherwise so provided in the case of regionalĀ districts.
