19:23-39.Ā Members of district boards to board;Ā receipts
Such member or members shall on the morning of the primary election, beforeĀ proclamation of the opening of the polls, deliver the ballot boxes and theĀ ballots by them received to the election boards of their respective electionĀ districts, with the seals thereof unbroken, and shall take receipts thereforĀ from the district board, which receipts such member or members shall preserveĀ for one year.
