19:23-47.Ā Preparation and casting of ballots
Such voter shall thereupon prepare and cast his ballot in substantially theĀ same manner as is herein provided for the preparation and casting of ballots atĀ the general election and subject to the same regulations.Ā The blank space orĀ spaces under each title of office or party position shall be used for theĀ writing in or pasting of names in the same manner as is provided for voting inĀ the personal choice column of the general election ballot.
