19:48-3.19.Ā Certification to municipal clerk of voting machines rented
In the event such an agreement is made, such superintendent of elections orĀ such county board of elections, as the case may be, shall, before the thirtiethĀ day prior to the date of the municipal election for which the voting machinesĀ have been so rented, certify in writing to the municipal clerk of theĀ municipality in which such election is to be held that at least one votingĀ machine will be provided for each election district of such municipality forĀ use at such election.
