When the boundaries of an election district in a municipality shall have been changed or a new district created between the time of holding the general election and the time of holding the next primary or special election, or whereĀ the boundaries of an election district shall not be the same as at the generalĀ election, the county board on being notified thereof shall appoint a districtĀ board for such election district, in the manner hereinbefore provided for theĀ appointment of district boards.
