19:8-8.Ā Number of booths
In municipalities having permanent registration the number of booths in eachĀ election district shall not be less than one for every one hundred personsĀ registered in such district at the last preceding general election and not lessĀ than three booths shall be provided in any polling place.
In municipalities not having permanent registration the number of booths inĀ each election district shall not be less than one for every one hundred andĀ fifty persons registered in the district at the last preceding general electionĀ and not less than four booths shall be provided in any polling place.
The booths shall be provided and delivered to each polling place by the municipal clerk in time to be used at any election.
