2A:157-10.2  Subpoena power of those hearing charges.3.Except as otherwise provided by the law, the officer, board or authority empowered to hear and determine the charge or charges made against a county investigator shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and documentary evidence.  The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction to enforce any such subpoena.
