2A:158A-23.Ā Oaths and affirmations The Public Defender, the deputy public defender, the assistant deputy publicĀ defenders and investigators attached to the Office of the Public Defender shallĀ have the power to administer oaths and affirmations in relation to any matterĀ within the jurisdiction of the Office of the Public Defender.
