2A:16-60.Ā Further relief
Further relief based on a declaratory judgment may be granted whenever necessary or proper, by application to a court having jurisdiction to grant theĀ relief.Ā If the application is deemed sufficient, the court shall, on reasonable notice, require any adverse party whose rights have been adjudicatedĀ by the declaratory judgment to show cause why further relief should not beĀ granted forthwith.
