2A:160-6.Ā Definitions
As used in this article, the termĀ "governor"Ā includes any person performing the functions of governor by authority of the law of this state. The termĀ "executive authority"Ā includes the governor and any person performing the functions of governor in a state other than this state.Ā The termĀ "state" , referring to a state other than this state, includes any other state, territory or district, organized or unorganized, of the United States ofĀ America.
