2A:166A-2.Ā Expenses allowable
The expenses for which a county shall be entitled to reimbursement shall beĀ limited to fees allowed to counsel assigned by the trial court pursuant to section 2A:163-1 of the New Jersey Statutes, juror and expert witness fees, theĀ costs of sequestering jurors and jury attendants, the cost of transcripts ofĀ court proceedings, and the costs of printing in connection with any appeal.
