2A:17-20.Ā Inventory of personal property subject to levy
The sheriff or other officer having an execution or civil process against aĀ defendant entitled to the exemption given by this article shall make a carefulĀ and particular inventory of the personal property of every kind and descriptionĀ of the defendant which shall be subject to levy.
