2A:17-41.Ā Title of purchaser
Said deed shall transfer to and vest in the purchaser as good and perfect anĀ estate to the premises therein described as the execution debtor was seized ofĀ or entitled to at or before the judgment for the enforcement of which theĀ execution issued, as fully to all intents and purposes as if the executionĀ defendant had sold such real estate to such purchaser, and had received theĀ consideration money and signed, sealed and delivered a deed for the same.
