2A:19-21.Ā Reconveyance to assignor upon composition with creditors; proceedings
If after a general assignment the assignor shall make an agreement of compromise or composition with his creditors, the court may, if it confirms theĀ agreement, authorize the assignee to reassign and reconvey to the assignor allĀ the trust estate in his hands, in whatsoever form the same may be, free andĀ discharged from the trust.
